Our Facilities & Training
I carry out fitness training at our in-house gym at Friarswood Clinic in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire. I can accommodate up to 15 people at any one session although I do like to keep the groups lower than ten to give a more personalised session.
Fitness session tend to be either 30 minutes or 60 minutes in duration and can be customised to smaller individual groups such as family and friends.
The training is kept informal, fun and informative to help you improve you fitness and wellbeing.
